WasteRep (as part of Wastedge.com's suite of software modules) enables your frontline sales staff to track and manage the visits and opportunities they are currently working on. Sales reps can store all the contact and service details they have collected within WasteRep so that they are available when they need them next rather than searching for that lost business card or piece of paper. Future dated follow-up reminders can be set to automatically pop up in the WasteRep's To-Do-List calendar prior to prospect or customer contract renewals. WasteRep can also produce reminder alerts for major customers that the rep has not visited recently, based on a frequency related to the customer's ABC revenue linked rating and the last visit note date.
This software module helps managers to review their sales staff's activities by allowing them to see what is in the sales "funnel" and monitor the number of prospect and customer visits being made across their reps' territories. Sales reps can estimate the potential value of a prospect and a likelihood of winning the contract allowing management to review where they need to put resources or where they are against what competitive pricing, so they can help their sales staff achieve KPI targets.
