Jimmy has played a vital role in leading AMCS to exponential growth, from a small start-up in 2003 to an internationally recognised business in 2019.
The establishment of a strong leadership team, combined with the completion of a large number acquisitions, has ultimately lead the business to reach new milestones in revenue, customer acquisition and global expansion in 2019.
Prior to co-founding AMCS, Jimmy worked at Analog Devices for 10 years where he held a number of technical and management positions, the most recent being Head of Automation. Jimmy holds a 1st Class Honour’s Degree in Maths and Physics and a Masters in Computer Systems, and has received various accolades including the ‘Exporter of the Year’ 2013 at the Limerick Chamber Regional Business Awards and a finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year awards, 2013.

Michael leads AMCS business operations in the Americas.
He has over 20 years of global experience in high growth enterprise software, SaaS and solutions companies.
Michael joined AMCS from Lochbridge, where he was Chief Operating Officer. As COO, he led Sales, Marketing, Services Delivery and Customer Success at the Internet of Things solutions company. Prior to Lochbridge, Michael held Senior Vice President roles at MicroStrategy (MSTR), a business intelligence and analytics software company.
With responsibility across worldwide services and channels, he was part of the leadership team that grew revenues from $320m to $580m. Previously, Michael was Vice President of services and operations at PTC (PTC), a $1b+ product lifecycle management company.
He earned an MBA from Babson College.

Freddie heads up the Sales, Delivery and Support Groups for the EMEA region including Australia/New Zealand.
He has extensive experience in the software and solutions industry, before joining AMCS, Freddie was VP/GM Applications & Enablement for Tektronix Communication, a Danaher Company and he held the position of Chief Development Officer with NewBay Software for 5 years. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Systems from the University of Limerick.

Conor has a proven track record in the finance function and working with high growth companies.
Companies where he has held international financial roles with companies such Digicel in Papua New Guinea, China and other locations.
He is a Chartered Accountant with Masters qualification in Accounting

Noreen leads the HR function in AMCS, she has more than 10 years’ experience in HR management positions with multi-national companies.
Companies such as ALPS Electric and Cabletron Systems, and a further 10 years as a Senior HR Consultant across a brand range of industries.
She holds a Graduate Diploma in HR and is a qualified Executive Coach.

Eamon joined the company in February 2007 and leads AMCS Technology Development.
Prior to joining AMCS, Eamon spent 20 years in the Electronics Industry where he held wide variety of Product Development, Engineering Management and Project Leadership roles in the United States, Ireland, Japan and Taiwan.
Eamon holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Trinity College, Dublin along with an MS and PhD in Electronics and Sensor Technology, from University College Cork. Eamon is an inventor on 14 granted patents in the USA and Europe.

Elaine joins the Senior Leadership team as Director of Product Management having held the position of Head of Sales for Western Europe over the last 3 years.
Elaine has played a key role in developing and supporting the customer base.
In her new role Elaine will be responsible for AMCS Waste Platform Product Management Globally.

Mark is an IT executive with a track record of over 20 years in the Waste & Recycling industry.
As the CEO of GMT Europe, a company that was acquired by AMCS in 2016, he led the company to international growth and successfully completed a number of acquisitions.
Mark acted as evangelist in the Waste & Recycling market working closely with the product teams to keep the IT solutions on the front line of innovation, designing new features and capabilities.

Leonard has a proven track record in business process development in the Technology industry having worked for Dell for 18 years.
He has delivered successful change initiatives through leading a diverse range of strategic global projects in Financial Services, Mergers and Acquisitions, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Materials Management and 3rd Party partners.
Leonard has a BSc (Hons) degree in Industrial Engineering and a first class honours Masters qualification in Project Management.

Lasse is responsible for Product Management and Development of Routing non-AMCS platform and Routing Sales Support Globally.
Lasse joined AMCS in April as Commercial Director of Intelligent Optimisation based out of Copenhagen.
Lasse has experience in leading global teams where he held key roles in growing Newscycle Solutions from a small Swedish software company with 20 people, to a 400 person enterprise B2B SaaS solution provider to the media industry.
